For Mixing 400mL of Buffer:

Add 0.48g Tris Base to 60mL of Autoclaved dH2O

Adjust pH to 7.5 with diluted HCl

Adjust volume to 80mL

Add 320 mL ethanol

No need to sterilise. Do not autoclave flammables!
